Job summary

Schreiber Foods in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Senior Change and Adoption Manager to lead enterprise transformation adoption. You will align change leadership across the portfolio, activate sponsors, measure readiness, manage cumulative change load, and build enterprise capability while ensuring local ownership by business leaders.

The role requires strong change-management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills to drive consistent adoption across initiatives and functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management or related field.
• Experience designing and executing change strategies, stakeholder plans, readiness assessments, and training.
• Strong understanding of structured change-management methodologies and integration with portfolio governance.
• Proven ability to coach executives and leaders through change.
• Clear, compelling communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise change approach, standards, playbooks, and tools for consistent adoption practices.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, sponsor activation, training, communications, and reinforcement.
• Assess readiness, proficiency, adoption risk, and change load across initiatives.
• Define and track adoption and sustainment measures alongside delivery metrics.
• Coach leaders to model required behaviors and reinforce adoption.
• Partner with HR, Communications, and regional leaders on communications and capability building.
