Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Associate in its Industry Specialty Services Group to advise nonprofit and grantmaker organizations across multiple mission areas.

The role focuses on organizational strategy, process improvement, and technology transformations to build capacity and drive impact.

You will lead complex engagements, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure sustainable adoption of recommended changes across client organizations.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of demonstrated experience in management consulting or advisory services.
• Experience serving nonprofit organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the delivery of complex advisory and consulting services to nonprofit organizations.
• Leads the development of client policies, procedures, and operating models.
• Guides strategic planning and organizational assessments.
• Leads technology solution selection and implementation for process improvement.
• Leads initial draft report preparation and quality reviews.
• Advises leadership on strategic decisions and communicates findings.
• Guides change management and adoption measurement for sustainability.
