Job summary

Crowned Grace International seeks an Organizational Change Management Consultant to plan and deliver change initiatives supporting CG-C5I command priorities, including adoption of the DoD Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF) and related programs. The consultant will develop actionable strategies to improve adoption and manage organizational change across federal-style workflows.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 7 years of management experience, and demonstrated experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7 years of management experience.
• Experience applying a structured OCM methodology in federal or large enterprise organizations.
• Eligible for a Tier 2 Public Trust determination and CAC issuance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver initiatives supporting DESMF adoption and other command priorities.
• Conduct change-impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.
• Develop change strategies and action plans covering sponsorship, communications, training, and resistance management.
• Participate in Sprint ceremonies and complete assigned user stories.
• Help implement approved change plans and measure and reinforce adoption.
