Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Change Management Project Manager to lead deployment and change management for the Manufacturing Strategy & Integration organization. Hybrid work options available across multiple sites; candidate must be within commuting distance.

You will build end‑to‑end change roadmaps, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure leadership sponsorship. Required: 8+ years in redeployment/change management, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, US citizenship, and ability

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 6–8+ years of change management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US government Secret clearance.
• Experience leading redeployment and change management in complex programs.
• Certification in Prosci and PMP is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment and change management activities across MS&I projects.
• Define end‑to‑end change strategy aligned with architecture and business goals.
• Consolidate roadmaps into a phased program with milestones and go‑live dates.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies.
• Develop training and enablement plans with cross‑functional teams.
