Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Change Management Project Manager to lead deployment and organizational change for the MS&I organization. You will drive end-to-end change strategy, roadmaps, and stakeholder engagement across multi-year initiatives, coordinating with Talent, Communications, and Training teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's with 8 years (or a Master’s with 6+) in redeployment/change management, project management experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience leading redeployment and change management; OR a Master’s degree and 6 or more years of relevant work experience leading redeployment and change management.
• Project management experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance
• PMP certification preferred
• Prosci certification preferred
• Technical change-management experience embedded within Agile/SAFe software development lifecycles.
• Experience in multiple functions or programs within aerospace industry

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment and change management activities, coordinating resources and communications.
• Define and execute end-to-end change strategy (ADKAR-based) across MS&I projects.
• Consolidate roadmaps into a single program plan with milestones and go-live dates.
• Perform stakeholder analyses and manage engagement strategies including resistance handling.
• Develop integrated communications plans with SMEs and training enablement architectures.
• Lead leadership sponsorship strategies and ensure timely execution.
