Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Change Management Project Manager to lead organizational change for MS&I initiatives in a hybrid work model. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of redeployment and change management experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.

Aufgaben

• Lead deployment and change management activities across MS&I projects.
• Define end-to-end change roadmaps (ADKAR-based) aligned with objectives.
• Consolidate project road maps into a single phased program roadmap.
• Lead stakeholder identification and engagement with a master register.
• Develop cohesive multi-channel communications plans with SMEs.
• Define training models and enablement plans across projects.
• Develop sponsorship strategies and leadership engagement across the initiative.
