Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Change Management Project Manager to support the Manufacturing Strategy & Integration organization. This hybrid role can be based in Salt Lake City, Rolling Meadows, Baltimore, San Diego, or Sunnyvale, with in-office requirements within commuting distance.

The candidate will lead the change management authority, develop end‑to‑end ADKAR‑based strategies, and collaborate with Talent & Org Effectiveness to drive multi-project initiatives across MS&I.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 8+ years of relevant change management experience.
• Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience acceptable.
• Project management experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary change management authority for MS&I organization.
• Partner to embed structured change practices across multiple projects.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of deployment and change activities.
