Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Senior Principal Change Management Project Manager to support the Manufacturing Strategy & Integration (MS&I) organization as Organizational Change Management Lead. This hybrid role can be based in multiple sites and requires proximity to an office location.

The role focuses on deploying change management plans, ADKAR-based roadmaps, and stakeholder engagement across multi-year initiatives. A US Government Secret clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years in redeployment and change management or Master’s with 6+ years of experience.
• Project management experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.
