Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Change Management Project Manager to lead deployment and change management efforts within the MS&I organization. You will drive end-to-end adoption, alignment with governance, and stakeholder engagement across multi-year initiatives.

The role requires strong program leadership, domain expertise in Prosci and change management within Agile/SAFe lifecycles, and the ability to obtain a US government clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience leading redeployment and change management OR a Master’s degree and 6 or more years of relevant work experience leading redeployment and change management.
• Project management experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance
• U.S. citizenship

Responsibilities

• Deployment / Change Management Project Management – Lead planning, coordination and execution of deployment and change management activities.
• Define & Execute Change Strategy – Build end‑to‑end change roadmaps (ADKAR‑based).
• Strategic Planning & Road Mapping - Consolidate road maps into a single program roadmap with milestones.
• Stakeholder Analysis – Identify and engage stakeholders with impact analyses.
• Integrated Communication Management – Develop a cohesive communications plan and multi‑channel deliverables.
• Training & Enablement Architecture – Define training models and roadmaps across projects.
• Leadership Management – Develop sponsorship and leadership strategies and ensure engagement.
