Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Senior Principal Change Management Project Manager to lead organizational change across the Manufacturing Strategy & Integration organization. This hybrid role can be based in multiple U.S.

sites and requires strong change management and project leadership capabilities. The role focuses on deploying change, coordinating training, communications, and stakeholder engagement while supporting multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years leading redeployment/change management OR Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Project management experience is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and change management activities for MS&I projects with aligned resource planning.
• Define end-to-end change strategy (ADKAR-based) in partnership with org effectiveness & talent.
• Consolidate project changes into a phased program roadmap with milestones and go-live dates.
• Lead stakeholder analysis and maintain a master stakeholder register with impact scores.
• Develop a cohesive, multi-channel communications plan with SMEs.
• Define training architecture and roadmap to scale across projects across functions.
• Develop sponsorship and leadership engagement strategies across cross-functional leaders.
