As a Senior Change Management Consultant in the Transformation Management Office, you will support one or more strategic initiatives at Adobe. You will partner with program managers, product managers, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to plan and execute change management activities that help prepare employees for change, minimize disruption, and drive successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Plan Execution: Develop and execute change management plans that support business transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, change impacts, readiness activities, communications, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and assess impacted stakeholder groups, develop engagement approaches, and support stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Impact Assessments: Conduct change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable recommendations and change interventions.
- Business Readiness: Support business readiness efforts by gathering feedback, identifying risks and adoption barriers, and partnering with program teams to address gaps.
- Communications Delivery: Develop and deliver communications approach, plan, and materials across a variety of channels, including presentations, emails, SharePoint sites, newsletters, videos, and leadership messaging.
- Training Partnership: Partner with training and business teams to assess learning needs, support training planning, and develop readiness and reinforcement activities that help users successfully adopt new capabilities.
- Advocacy & Collaboration: Collaborate with program leaders, people managers, and key stakeholders to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to program objectives; support change network, champion, and advocate programs to increase engagement.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor stakeholder feedback, readiness indicators, and adoption metrics to identify trends, track key deliverables, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
- Post-Launch Support: Provide post-launch support through communications, office hours, reinforcement activities, measurement, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Digital & AI Optimization: Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities.
What You Need to Succeed (Requirements)
- Professional Experience: At least 7 years of relevant organizational change management principles and application experience. Professional change certification is considered a distinct plus.
- Content Development: Strong communication and content development skills using multiple formats including email, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Wiki, newsletters, video, and infographics.
- Influence & Collaboration: Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
- Adaptability: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment; flexibility and resilience in ambiguous situations.
- Data Analytics: Experience using structured data, employee feedback, and tracking insights to inform change management recommendations and downstream decisions.
- Tools & Infrastructure: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suites and AI-enabled digital productivity tools is highly desirable.
- Storytelling: Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to create highly engaging, audience-focused content.
