Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience in software or related tech industries.
• Ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar domains in ambiguous settings.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of business and technical resources.
• Fluency in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of transformation programs or workstreams, establishing structure and cadence.
• Partner with leadership and technical teams to define vision and scope.
• Create timelines, roadmaps, governance, and key artifacts (steering, wiki/SharePoint).
• Coordinate execution across multi-disciplinary teams, managing risks and changes.
• Drive clear communication across technical and business audiences.
• Support lifecycle phases from planning to decommissioning as needed.
