Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Change Management, Training & Communications to lead comprehensive change strategies across the enterprise. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable improvements through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and process alignment.

You will oversee impact initiatives, develop strategic communications and knowledge artefacts, and drive continuous improvement by analysing performance and addressing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Studies, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years' experience in communications, human resources, or related area OR 6 years' experience in same.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change plans, including communication, training, and awareness programs.
• Develop and deliver strategic communications and training materials to support change initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead the development and execution of change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Assess organizational impact and identify opportunities for process improvements to support sustainable change initiatives.
• Facilitate project teams to define behaviors and actions necessary for successful change adoption and business benefits.
• Monitor progress through KPIs and adjust plans to enhance effectiveness and outcomes.
• Mentor and guide associates to build capabilities and foster a collaborative work environment.
