Job summary

Optis Consulting seeks a Senior Analyst/Consultant, Change Management to join our teams in New York, Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, or Montreal. You will support Source-to-Pay transformations by delivering agile, iterative change programs and executing strategic plans for sustainable adoption.

You will develop targeted communications, build training materials, and deliver training sessions aligned with the S2P transformation vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience managing change projects; S2P experience a plus.
• Prosci certification preferred.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience supporting large transformational change programs and delivering training.
• Coaching, motivation, and influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change management and training programs in diverse contexts including SaaS implementations.
• Identify impacted stakeholder groups across procurement, finance, supply chain, and operations and assess readiness and change impacts.
• Develop structured change management strategies and plans covering communications, training, stakeholder engagement, adoption metrics, and reinforcement activities.
• Develop and execute targeted communications to engage stakeholders and support adoption of change initiatives.
• Create role-based training materials for procurement, accounts payable, business requesters, and suppliers and deliver Super User and end-user trainings.
• Deploy Change Readiness surveys to track readiness indicators and mitigate risks.
• Other duties as assigned by Optis.
