Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an OCM Lead in San Juan, PR, US, to drive strategy, planning, and execution of change management for major client programs. You will advise executives, assess organizational impact, and enable adoption of redesigned processes and systems.

The role requires 6+ years in change initiatives, 3+ years with ADKAR/Kotter, and 3+ years of Medicaid eligibility experience, plus fluent Puerto Rican Spanish. On-site/remote options and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Six+ years leading organizational change initiatives on large-scale projects.
• Three+ years applying change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).
• Three+ years Medicaid eligibility experience including policy and enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of an integrated Organizational Change Management strategy.
• Serve as a change advisor to executive sponsors and project leadership.
• Identify issues and develop practical solutions to address risks and opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness assessments to evaluate adoption risks.
• Design communication strategies to promote timely information flow across stakeholders.
• Develop training strategies to ensure end-user readiness and adoption.
• Align change activities with project milestones and governance processes.
• Facilitate sponsorship sessions and stakeholder workshops to build support.
• Monitor readiness, sentiment, adoption progress, and change effectiveness using metrics.
• Identify and mitigate resistance; support sustainment of changes.
