Job summary

BlastX Consulting seeks a Senior Consultant to lead complex marketing technology projects, manage client relationships, and advise on strategic solutions that boost engagement and value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and deliver data-driven analytics, audience segmentation, and personalization initiatives, while working remotely within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in MarTech consulting or analytics with strategic client leadership.
• Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe CJA, Amplitude, and GA4.
• Proficiency with tag management systems such as Launch, Tealium IQ, or GTM.
• Experience with CDPs (Adobe RT-CDP, Tealium AudienceStream, Hightouch) and integrations.
• Experience integrating marketing automation, CRMs, and e-commerce with analytics for attribution.
• Advanced JavaScript for scalable tracking architectures and data layers.
• Experience with server-side implementations.
• Proven ability to create and oversee project documentation, estimates, and resource plans.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication.
• Awareness of AI-driven marketing automation or ML-based personalization.

Responsibilities

• Own high-value engagements, deliver tailored solutions aligned with objectives.
• Lead platform and architecture audits: scalability, privacy, data integration.
• Oversee analytics tool implementations to measure performance.
• Configure tag management systems for accurate data tracking.
• Manage CDP integrations for personalization and segmentation.
• Collaborate on strategic roadmaps including AI-powered personalization.
• Write scopes of work, estimates, and resource plans for complex projects.
• Ensure deliverables meet contracts and manage blockers.
• Review and validate deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers in analytics implementation.
• Deliver client training on segmentation, predictive analytics, real-time personalization.
• Implement engineering optimizations and automated QA.
• Contribute thought leadership via blogs/webinars/case studies.
• Identify trends like ML for predictive analytics and map into solutions.
