Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of direct relevant experience is required.
• Experience with digital adoption tools (WalkMe, Pendo, Userlane, Appcues) is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shaping and driving change strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
• Leading delivery of change initiatives; tracking performance and mitigating risks.
• Coaching team members while fostering collaboration and growth.
• Applying data-driven insights to assess impact and guide decisions.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and customize training plans.
• Building and implementing solutions using dynamic digital adoption tools.
• Creating comprehensive process maps with a focus on user impact using Visio, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint and videos.
• Developing content and designing training materials including e-learning videos, training guides and quick reference cards.
• Researching and testing new technologies and processes to develop relevant learning materials.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with vendor support.
• Maintaining and updating learning materials throughout project lifecycles and beyond.
