The role emphasizes driving change management strategies, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation while fostering collaboration across disciplines to optimize logistics networks and routing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scrum methodologies and experience acting as a scrum master.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on change management techniques.
• Sound understanding and practical application of agile methodologies in project management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to identify risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex project challenges effectively.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Scrum Master (CSM) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
