D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Change Management to provide operational leadership across a portfolio of marketing technology, digital products, business process improvements, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

The role supervises Change Management Managers, allocates resources, ensures standardized governance, and partners with executives to drive adoption and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressive experience in organizational change management or related field.
• Three or more years of experience leading people, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent organizational change initiatives supporting enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of organizational change initiatives supporting marketing technology, digital transformation, and enterprise business projects.
• Supervise and develop Change Management Managers with coaching and professional development opportunities.
• Allocate departmental resources across initiatives by balancing workloads and adjusting staffing to meet timelines.
• Establish and maintain departmental standards, governance processes, templates, and quality expectations for consistent delivery.
• Partner with executive leadership to align change strategies with organizational priorities.
• Monitor readiness, adoption metrics, and performance indicators; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Review and approve change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, training plans, and readiness activities.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment and drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Represent the Change Management function on cross-functional committees and leadership meetings.
• Travel overnight as required.
