Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Los Angeles seeks an experienced senior change management professional to join our growing practice.

This role serves as a senior member of the Change Management team, delivering expertise to major projects within the Digital Roadmap and driving adoption across the organization. The successful candidate will mentor staff, lead stakeholder engagement, train teams, and collaborate with project managers to integrate change management into plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in digital change management or related field
• Change Management certification or completion of a Change Management program is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Leverage change management methodology, processes, and tools to create strategies that support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
• Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
• Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of appropriate training programs
• Complete change management assessments
• Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Consult with and coach project teams
• Create actionable deliverables for core change management plans, including the Sponsor Plan, Engagement Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
• Support and engage senior leaders
• Coordinate efforts with other specialists
• Integrate change management activities into project plans
• Evaluate and help ensure user readiness
• Manage stakeholders
• Track and report issues
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
• Serve as a resource for junior team members
• Manage stakeholder alignment in collaboration with the project manager and sponsor
• Actively participate in change management forums and stay informed on best practices, emerging trends, and methodologies to drive successful organizational change
