McDonald’s Corporation is seeking an experienced Sr Manager, Change Management within McDonald’s Global Business Services. The role leads holistic change planning and execution for the Future of Marketing program, partnering with leaders to drive adoption and value realization on a global scale.

Reporting to the Director of Change Management, you will manage a team, shape change strategies, and align initiatives with enterprise priorities to strengthen marketing capabilities and decision support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience leading enterprise-scale change management initiatives across business and technology transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex change management projects.
• Design, deliver, and manage clear, effective communications that support understanding and alignment across stakeholder groups.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments; identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and implement change action plans, including training and targeted interventions to support adoption.
• Identify change-related risks and design mitigation strategies to ensure sustained outcomes.
• Assess and validate user readiness to enable smooth go-lives and transitions.
• Define success measures, track progress, and monitor adoption and change effectiveness.
• Leverage data and insights to continuously refine strategies and accelerate adoption.
