Capgemini Invent in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Strategy and Transformation consultant to partner with clients in innovating strategies, services, and operating models. You will design future organizations and drive AI-enabled transformations, coordinating across strategy, technology, data, and design to realize business value.

You’ll lead enterprise change programs, shape adoption strategies, and manage executive stakeholder alignment while coaching teams and contributing to client growth.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of change and transformation leadership experience.
• Experience shaping change strategies and enterprise adoption plans.
• Experience measuring adoption, KPIs, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale change programs and adoption strategies.
• Serve as trusted advisor shaping change strategy, governance, and leadership routines.
• Drive executive alignment across complex stakeholder ecosystems; build leadership narratives and executive-ready recommendations.
• Oversee change execution at scale, including communications, training, readiness, and human‑AI change adoption deliverables (e.g., stakeholder maps, impact assessments, RACI, governance).
• Lead high-performing teams, coach and develop talent, ensure delivery excellence, and support business development through proposals and client relationship growth.
