Capgemini Invent in the United States is seeking a Strategy and Transformation consultant to help clients innovate and design new operating models and strategies. You’ll work across AI-enabled transformation, workforce, and change management initiatives, applying ethics, governance and data insights to deliver measurable adoption.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in change management, transformation, communications, or PMO roles.
• Strong writing/storytelling; comfortable presenting and facilitating
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable in fast-moving programs
• Familiarity with OCM frameworks and adoption measurement and agentic workflows
• Strong collaboration across business and technology teams
• Basic understanding of how AI-enabled tools and solutions are applied in organizational change contexts, including their role in supporting change strategy, execution, and the human change journey.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change plans
• Develop communications and engagement materials (toolkits, messaging, FAQs)
• Support training planning/content development and enablement execution
• Track adoption metrics and feedback; synthesize insights into actions
• Produce executive-ready change updates and dashboards
