Job summary

Capgemini invites experienced consultants to lead enterprise-scale change programs and craft AI-enabled transformation strategies for large clients in the US. You will drive adoption, governance, and leadership alignment across complex programs while delivering measurable outcomes and strong client advisory support.

You will shape change management frameworks, guide teams through uncertain environments, and partner with senior stakeholders to grow Capgemini's advisory footprint in Enterprise

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy including core AI and generative AI concepts and applying them to enterprise transformation.
• Experience shaping change strategies, OCM frameworks, and enterprise adoption plans tied to business outcomes.
• Ability to measure adoption and value realization with KPIs and agentic workflows.
• Leading teams and driving results in ambiguity, coaching on applying AI-enabled tools.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting shaping, sales, and client advisory conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale change programs and integrated adoption strategies across complex transformation workstreams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping organizational change strategy, governance, and leadership routines to sustain momentum.
• Drive executive alignment across stakeholder ecosystems; craft leadership narratives and executive-ready recommendations.
• Oversee change execution at scale, including communications, training, readiness, and human‑AI change adoption deliverables.
• Lead high-performing teams, coach and develop talent, ensure delivery excellence, and support business development through proposals.
