Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking Strategy & Transformation practitioners to guide AI-enabled transformations for Banking and Insurance clients. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable programs, shaping operating models and modernization efforts with AI and data-driven insights.

You will collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design, delivering executive-ready analyses, roadmaps, and business cases that drive measurable value and sustainable change.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, management or strategy consulting.
• Experience in strategy, transformation, operating model, or business modernization.
• Experience leveraging AI, GenAI, analytics, or data-driven insights.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts through executive presentations.
• Experience with senior stakeholders in Banking or Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Banking and Insurance transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Assess operating models, business processes, and organizational structures to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and modernization.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments across financial services value chains and business functions.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, transformation roadmaps, and implementation recommendations.
• Translate business priorities into transformation initiatives leveraging AI, GenAI, digital modernization, data, analytics, and technology enablement.
• Support operating model redesign, business transformation, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness efforts.
• Collaborate with technology teams, ecosystem partners, and client stakeholders to ensure successful execution of transformation programs.
• Support proposal development, thought leadership, market research, and business development activities.
• Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations that support client decision making.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives focused on AI-enabled transformation, operational excellence, and future business models.
