Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management leader to guide large-scale transformations in AI-enabled environments. You will design and lead enterprise change programs, ensuring human-centered approaches while integrating GenAI insights to drive adoption and value.

The role requires extensive client collaboration, data-informed decision making, and the ability to scale change journeys across diverse teams and markets. Travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Software & Platforms or High-Tech Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data-driven environments.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change as roles and skills evolve with technology and AI.
• Partner with clients to define GenAI usage across the organization with readiness, skills shifts, and governance.
