Accenture is shaping the future of change management in an AI-enabled world. We are seeking an experienced Change Leader who can design and drive large-scale transformations, blending human judgment with AI-enabled analytics and learning.

You will lead enterprise change programs, define GenAI use, and partner with clients to deliver measurable impact. You will work in a dynamic, data-informed environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable new ways of working and scale change

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of Software & Platforms or High-Tech Industry experience
Bonus points for applying GenAI to organizational change work, including analytics, content tailoring, and learning support.

Responsibilities

Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including data, automation, and GenAI.
Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients adapt changing roles and skills.
Define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization with governance and accountability.
Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change.
Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and client relationships.
