Boston Consulting Group seeks a Client Focused Senior Analyst to join the People and Organization Practice, focusing on Culture & Change Management. You will deliver client value through research, workshops, and knowledge assets, while supporting proposals and training junior staff.

In this role, you will collaborate with project leaders and global topic leads, contributing to IP development and client-ready outputs. Some travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Formulating and presenting research/analytical approaches in change management, culture, or business transformation.
• Delivering multiple initiatives with milestones in a client setting.
• Building client-ready deliverables in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Communicating with senior stakeholders credibly and confidently.
• Synthesizing case learnings to develop proprietary knowledge assets.
• Working collaboratively in virtual, agile teams.
• Proposing innovative ideas with curiosity and openness.

Responsibilities

• Structure and solve complex client issues around transformation and change management.
• Support commercialization efforts: proposals, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
• Develop intellectual property and onboard/train junior colleagues.
• Occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments.
