Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced Outsourced Chief Financial Officer to join our Outsourced Services team, focusing on real estate private equity fund clients. This senior, client-facing role combines strategic financial leadership with fund accounting, reporting, governance, and real estate expertise.

The Outsourced CFO will advise fund sponsors on capital strategy and major financial decisions while overseeing the financial infrastructure required to operate their funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of accounting and finance experience in real estate private equity.
• Experience with fund accounting and US GAAP reporting for investment funds.
• Experience with real estate debt structures and financing processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise fund sponsors and GPs on capital strategy and major financial decisions.
• Develop forward-looking financial models and performance insights for portfolio strategy.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and liquidity planning for funds.
• Lead investor reporting, NAV, and IRR calculations.
• Coordinate fund regulatory obligations including Form ADV and Form PF.
• Lead audits and tax processes with external advisors.
