The role requires NC Certification as a Peer Support Specialist and a Qualified Professional, with duties including team supervision, plan development, and documentation. Travel to surrounding counties may be required, with pay in the $47k–$52k range.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Peer Support Specialist in NC is required.
• Qualified Professional criteria as defined by service definitions and licensure rules.
• General understanding of NC human services delivery system.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Carry a caseload and provide direct peer support services.
• Develop and update person-centered plans and quarterly updates.
• Process service authorizations and ensure current approvals.
• Document daily service notes and related records.
• Supervise CPSS team members and provide training.
