RHA Health Services, LLC in Caldwell County seeks a Certified Peer Support Team Lead to supervise a CPSS team and coordinate services for individuals with mental health and substance use needs. You will oversee person-centered plans and ensure quality peer support across residential, school, workplace, and community settings.

The role requires NC Peer Support certification and meeting Qualified Professional criteria, plus supervision and training responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• Certification as a Peer Support Specialist in NC is required.
• Must meet the education, experience, licensure/certification requirements specified by the service definition.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Carries individual caseload and provides direct peer support; lead/co-lead peer support groups.
• Development of person-centered plans and quarterly updates of plans to document progress.
• Completes Service Authorization Requests and ensures current authorization prior to service.
• Minimizes negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence on daily living.
• Documents services including daily notes, plans, WRAP, authorizations and other required docs.
• Provides direct supervision to CPSS team members; budgeting time, training, and performance management.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance.
