Job summary

00 RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Certified Peer Support Team Lead to supervise a team of certified peer supports and coordinate services for individuals with mental health and substance use challenges. Location is Caldwell County, NC with some travel to surrounding counties.

Salary is $47,000–$52,000 yearly, with a typical Mon–Fri schedule and occasional evenings or weekends. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, developing person-centered plans, authorizations, and leading peer

Qualifications

• Certification as a Peer Support Specialist in NC is required.
• Qualified Professional (QP) as defined by the service definition is required.
• Education and experience requirements per above must be met.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Carries individual caseload and provides direct peer support services; leads peer support groups.
• Develops person-centered plans and updates them quarterly to track progress.
• Completes Service Authorization Requests and ensures current authorizations.
• Minimizes negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence.
• Documents services daily including notes, plans, and authorizations.
• Supervises CPSS team members and provides training and scheduling support.
• Interviews, hires, and trains employees and addresses performance.
