Position Description
The SCNA provides direct nursing care under supervision, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring residents, and documenting care. Responsibilities include responding to call lights, reporting concerns, assisting with mobility, and performing restorative measures.
This role requires working cooperatively with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to safety and quality policies.
