Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator II to champion client billing and practice management across services. The role involves collaborating with CRLs, engagement teams, and leadership to process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.

You will monitor billing trends, maintain accurate records, train Coordinators, and contribute to revenue cycle activities while supporting prepaid and scheduled bills for WIP.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience required.
• 2 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to align billing with industry standards and project progress.
• Maintain accurate billing records and identify discrepancies, guiding Coordinators and complex accounts.
• Analyze billing trends, ensure accuracy, and support reporting on billing activities and revenue performance.
• Process and monitor invoices, including out-of-scope work, and prepare related reports.
