Job summary

BoldAge PACE in Owensboro, KY is hiring a Center Support Aide. The role provides non-clinical support to keep the PACE center running smoothly and safely each day, assisting with care spaces, meal service, and common areas while promoting a welcoming environment for participants, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include setup/breakdown of rooms, escorting participants, meal service support, inventory restocking, and reporting safety or operational needs to leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in hospital, nursing home or community-based setting preferred.
• State-required license/certifications as applicable.
• 1 year experience with frail or elderly population preferred; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily setup, organization, and breakdown of personal care rooms and center areas.
• Escort participants within the center under supervision, including transfers as needed.
• Support meal service operations and dining area cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of common areas following Infection Control policies.
• Restock center supplies and assist with transportation coordination for departures/arrivals.
