Job summary

BoldAge PACE seeks a Center Support Aide in Owensboro, KY to provide non-clinical support ensuring the center runs smoothly daily. You will assist with setup, meal service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for participants, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include restocking supplies, escorting participants, and coordinating with staff as needed, while upholding infection control and safety standards in a compassionate care setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a hospital, nursing home or community-based setting preferred.
• 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred; training provided if not present.
• State requirements may dictate applicable licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily setup, organization, and breakdown of personal care rooms and center spaces.
• Escort participants within the center under staff supervision.
• Assist with meal service operations, tray setup, and dining area cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of common areas following infection control policies.
• Restock supplies such as linens, PPE, and resident comfort items.
• Support transportation by staging participants for departures/arrivals and escorting wheelchairs.
