Job summary

Senior Community Care of Kentucky PACE, a VOANS program, seeks a Day Center Supervisor in Louisville, KY to manage daily Center operations and staff. Responsibilities include planning activities, coordinating care teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a busy adult day health center.

Minimum 3 years in geriatric health settings and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent are required; Kentucky CNA license is preferred. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a geriatric health setting.
• Preferred: Licensed CNA in Kentucky.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Center Manager, manages daily operations of the Day Health Center.
• Plan, coordinate and implement activities and supervise Day Center Workers.
• Ensure compliance with Center policies, procedures and state/federal regulations.
