Job summary

BoldAge PACE is seeking a Center Support Aide to help run the PACE center smoothly and safely. You will assist with setup, organization, and breakdown of care spaces, ensure a welcoming environment, and support daily workflows through supply restocking and escorting participants.

This role includes non-clinical personal care support as needed and collaboration with the care team to promote a positive participant experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in hospital, nursing home or community-based setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily setup, organization, and breakdown of personal care rooms and center spaces.
• Escort participants within the center under staff supervision and support personal care where needed.
• Assist with meal service operations including tray setup and dining area cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of common areas following Infection Control policies.
• Restock center supplies including PPE and personal care items.
• Support transportation coordination and participant staging for departures/arrivals.

Education

Two years of healthcare experience
