• Prepare daily and monthly reports of site participants and programs
• Monitor and record daily meal temperatures per Virginia Department of Health
• Portion and serve meals to participants
• Maintain clean, safe center environment
• Coordinate on-site activities (exercise, health checks) and off-site events
• Provide supervised leisure activities (sports, arts, games)
• Attend all required training
• Maintain confidentiality of participants and agency
• Follow all personnel policies
