Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; one year food preparation experience required.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.
• Team player with good references and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for participants following recipes and safe food handling procedures.
• Prepare and pack meals for home delivery.
• Keep kitchen units and equipment clean and sanitary at all times.
• Wash dishes and return them to storage areas.
• Prepare grocery inventory and orders.
• Prepare weekly milk and fresh produce lists and purchase from approved local suppliers.
• Maintain temperature logs and attend required trainings.
• Adhere to HIPAA rules and avoid profanity or gossip.
• Maintain confidentiality of participants and agency information.
• Follow all AASC rules and regulations.
