Job summary

CHEER, Inc. in Georgetown, Delaware is seeking a Senior Nutrition Program Manager to oversee the Congregate meal program and Senior Activity Centers, ensuring engaging, compliant activities and strong center leadership.

You will supervise Center Directors, monitor data and reporting, coordinate grant activities, and support marketing, outreach, and volunteer coordination to expand participation and services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ clerical / support services and 2 years supervisory experience, or equivalent coordination experience.
• Ability to operate computer/printer and use database software.
• Proficiency with email, word processing and spreadsheets.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Center Directors and oversee CHEER Senior Activity Centers.
• Review timecards, PTO, and staff coverage.
• Increase congregate participants and services.
• Prepare program reports and grant-related documents.
• Oversee petty cash, newsletters, and event calendars.
• Coordinate Nutrition Program events and staff meetings.
