Responsibilities

• Supervises volunteers; coordinates programs to promote participant engagement.
• Maintains records, reports meal counts, attendance, and volunteer hours.
• Handles cash, receipts, and deposits; ensures timely documentation.
• Plans at least two programs monthly and coordinates guest speakers and events.
• Ensures site safety, health regulations, and adherence to agency policies.
• Attends director meetings and supports supply pickup as needed.
• Performs other duties to advance the agency’s mission.
