Job summary

The Nutrition Group seeks a Senior Center Director to lead three full-service senior centers and five satellite centers in Westmoreland County. You will guide strategy, operations, and programs to support the health, independence, and social engagement of older adults.

You will oversee staff, budgets, and partnerships, ensuring high-quality services while maintaining compliance and reporting requirements across Greensburg, Herminie, and Jeannette areas.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Working knowledge of aging program directives.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, administration, and oversight for senior centers.
• Supervise ~10 staff across Greensburg, Herminie and Jeannette areas.
• Manage personnel, budget proposals, and program development.
• Coordinate with partners and volunteers to enhance services for older adults.
• Monitor compliance, reports, and community relations.
