Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of operations, facilities or property management experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and other schematics.
• Strong budgeting and analytical skills; safety and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Develop 5-year capital plan to maintain and enhance property assets.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and record keeping.
• Ensure safety systems are up to code, maintained and inspected.
• Conduct daily property walk-throughs and address operational issues.
• Manage procurement and application of goods/services within CAM and capital budgets.
• Control property operating expenses and variances.
• Oversee capital projects from RFPs to close-out with contractors.
• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Assist in emergency management planning and crisis response.
