Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Develop 5-year capital plan to maintain and enhance assets.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and record keeping.
• Ensure safety systems are up to code and inspected.
• Lead maintenance staff and annual performance reviews.
• Manage operating expenses and respond to budget variances.
• Coordinate capital projects, bids, service agreements and close-out.
• Maintain energy plans to minimize costs while ensuring safety.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
