Job summary

Simon Property Group, The Falls mall, is seeking an Operations Director Center to maximize the shopping experience and tenant sales by ensuring a clean, safe, well-maintained environment and asset preservation. The role will oversee all operational functions, projects, construction and contracted services at the center.

Lead maintenance, grounds and custodial teams; develop 5-year capital plans, manage budgets and safety programs, and coordinate with external vendors and the Corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of prior Operations, Facilities or Property Management experience.
• Ability to read and understand blue prints, CAD drawings and other schematics.
• Meets commitments - produces accurate work.
• Solution oriented and results driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop 5-year capital plan to maintain and enhance the property assets and execute against projected capital plans.
• Oversees Preventative Maintenance of equipment and record keeping/related logs.
• Ensures property safety systems are up to code, maintained and inspected.
• Lead maintenance staff in work assignments and training.
• Prepare and oversee operational budgets and ensure all costs associated with property operations are managed.
