Aging True is seeking a part-time Keystone Heights Senior Center Assistant Supervisor to support the congregate meal program and assist the Senior Center Supervisor as required. This role also oversees the program in the supervisor's absence and ensures site compliance with funder and agency policies.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Valid state driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Must successfully pass a Level II Criminal Background Check and drug screen.
• Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organization skills.
• Previous experience in nutrition preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in receiving and serving congregate meals.
• Ensure the meal site is clean and orderly maintaining health regulations.
• Assist in maintaining the attendance roster at the meal site.
• Assist with activities and events at the Senior Center/Nutrition Site.
• Assist the Senior Center Supervisor to keep the program compliant with funder and agency policies.
• Verifies food temperatures are within required ranges upon delivery and prior to serving.
• Identify supplies and cleaning products that are required.
• Assist with scheduling and conducting new client assessments.
• Interact regularly with clients, volunteers, and staff to foster a welcoming environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information per HIPAA.
• Encourage donations by attendees in the congregate meal program.
• Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.
• Inform the Senior Center Supervisor of needed repairs or safety issues.
• Keep the Senior Center Supervisor informed of unusual events.
• Assist the Senior Center Supervisor as needed.
