Job summary

City of Lincoln & Lancaster County's Aging Department seeks a Senior Center Manager to lead planning, coordination, and supervision of all programs from meal service to transportation and outings, ensuring compliance with agency guidelines and delivering outstanding customer service.

Represent the Center at manager meetings and agency gatherings, shaping services and fostering a warm, inclusive environment for participants.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent supplemented by coursework in gerontology, psychology, sociology, human services or related field plus six months of experience in providing program services to a geriatric population or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities and skills.
