Job summary

City of Cleburne is seeking a non-supervisory guest services position at the Senior Center. You will be responsible for creating positive first and last impressions, ensuring activities run smoothly, and handling guest needs with discretion.

The role involves opening/closing procedures and managing facility bookings, with clerical duties aligned to City policies. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, training in First Aid and CPR AED is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; OR
• Equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• First Aid and CPR with AED certification (preferred)
• A valid Class C Texas driver license and ability to maintain a satisfactory driving record

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures for the Senior Center facilities.
• Manage facility bookings and ensure events run smoothly.
• Address guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform clerical tasks following department policies and applicable laws.
