Job summary

DFW is seeking a part-time team member to support activities at the Hurst Recreation Center, the Tennis & Pickleball Center, or the Senior Activities Center. You will interact with guests, monitor activities, and help with setup.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days), reliable attendance, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends; prior customer service and recreation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and AED certified or able to obtain within 30 days.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Regular and punctual attendance; willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests across Recreation Center, Tennis & Pickleball Center, or Senior Activities Center.
• Monitor activities, guide participants, and enforce facility guidelines.
• Set up gymnasiums and classrooms as needed; assist with event support.
• Receive fees, admit members, and issue receipts per policy.
• Perform opening/closing procedures; maintain cleanliness and safety.
